Groma
Our engagement with Groma, a Boston-based real estate development and management firm, was a comprehensive brand and website design project defined by a unique brand architecture puzzle. The brief was to create a new identity for Groma that could also co-exist and feel harmonious with a high-profile, pre-existing sister brand.
This required our new design to adopt and expand upon the established visual system, including its core typography and color palette . Alongside this visual challenge, we placed a special emphasis on the verbal identity. We led a deep discovery process to define Groma’s mission, values and a modulated tone of voice to address its many distinct audiences, from tenants and investors to government regulators.
We designed a new brand system and website that established Groma as a tech-forward leader in Boston real estate. The new identity is distinct, yet visually unified with its sister brand, creating a coherent and aligned brand family.
