A better focus for campus resiliency
The MIT Emergency Management team approached Analogue Studio to develop their brand to better align with the culture of peer emergency management groups around the country. The function of the office had been around for years, but was not easily recognizable as an MIT organization. It was also important to increase awareness of what the department did outside of real time emergency management.
We developed a clear, concise and descriptive name and unique brand identity that is engaging to help MIT leadership be more strategic in their offerings to the community. With a clear statement and of purpose and refreshed logo, the department now visually represents preparedness, response, and recovery. A new more robust website is easy to navigate and integrates social media and access to emergency management resources.
