Pharmalucence
Expanded headquarters for pharmaceutical trailblazer
For its new headquarters outside of Boston, Pharmalucence wanted to bring its employees together under one roof (instead of two), and establish an architectural identity that would reflect its heritage as an innovator in nuclear medicine. With a priority on maximizing the distribution of natural light, Analogue Studio designed the offices with multiple, unrestricted paths from the building’s windows to its center spaces. Open, unfettered workstations occupy the perimeter of the Pharmalucence office plan, while enclosed offices and conference rooms are organized in a spacious grid at the center of the floor plan. Not only does this design make the most of passive daylighting, but it also increases the opportunities for employee interaction and exchange.
